Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a soft bouquet filled with tropical fruit, citrus and a hint of fresh herbs. Medium-light bodied, guava and white currant aromas melded with grapefruit peels and fresh herbs. The palate is light with a subtle chalky texture; taut acidity drives to a focused, refreshing finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing with a tropical citrus core and vibrant acidity. Match this with steamed clams, mussels and white fish over the next 2 years. 17/20 pts (85 pts) Dec 2022 RRP $18.90

"A classic expression of SB with aromas of tropical fruits, lemon and apple, pink grapefruit and some golden kiwifruit suggestions. Very crisp and taut on the palate with chalky textured acidity then flavours that mirror the bouquet. Dry on the finish, a wine ready for drinking from 2023 through 2025.

Offering excellent purity and poise, the wine shows white flesh stone fruit, lemon sorbet, subtle spice and white floral notes on the nose, leading to a finely flowing palate that's pristine and persistent.
